Gauge the Measure off Man
Garrison Chevy, the being called Gauge, is made up of stuff that measures. From the steel and brass of common thermometers to substances found in magicians’ labs or on alien worlds. By mixing and matching by degrees, he can stretch, bounce, spread, or condense, morphing to the measurings of the physical world around him, but also to things like luck and even moods. But don’t ask him for specific numbers or angles or data. Though his transformations depend on detecting all this information, his mind must hover without, lest he suffer from sensory overload.
