Glitches in his system give him the appearance of having a cold or allergies. He says he’s well, but he’s constantly sniffling or clearing his throat. Temperatures need callibrating. Areas seem to swell. His eyes drip when he holds cats. Some say it has to do with his connection to the Sunder Dial.
